It was convenient to where we needed to be. Easy parking. Comfortable enough. When issues were happening staff stepped in and handled situation well! The rooms were clean and no sign of any bugs.

The shower pressure and the hot water heater was fine but you guys really need to clean up and remodel that hotel everything was falling apart it looked dirty you guys need to really deep clean everything

Was not aware of breakfast. Not much to like about my stay. Staff behind thick glass and heavy accent made it unable to clearly communicate.

The location is great. The price is very reasonable considering the quality of the facilities. I stayed here about 3 years ago when riding the assault on mount mitchell bicycle ride. I did the same this year. The facilities don't seem to have changed since I stayed last time. I was fine with the facilities for this purpose. However, the rooms need a facelift. The peach/orange colored walls, dark floors, dark furniture and bed cover, curtains, and the patched walls and ceilings take away a lot. I would suggest taking a small block of rooms at a time and making quality repairs to the walls, ceilings, and trim, painting with light colors, replacing the curtains and bed spreads, and possibly replacing the furniture. This would go a long way toward freshening up the place and also allowing you to charge more for these "premium" rooms.

There was no breakfast!!!!!You need to update your website. I asked at the front desk and the man said it has not been back since Covid. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked well.
